NOTE:

To start your business in Bangladesh, you need a trade license.

Even if you are a registered limited company or a partnership firm under RJSC (Company House of Bangladesh), you need a trade license.

Without a trade license & TIN number, an entity will not get a bank account under the name of that business venture.

Addition Cost:

15% VAT shall be applicable on all the Govt fees & the official fee as shall be required by the concerned trade license-providing authority.
