জমির পর্চা বা খতিয়ান মূলত চারটি অফিসে পাবেন। তা হলো,

➤ইউনিয়ন ভূমি অফিস বা তহশিল অফিস। ইউনিয়ন ভূমি অফিসে যদিও খতিয়ান বা পর্চার বালাম বহি থাকে কিন্তু আপনি এই অফিসে হতে খতিয়ানের কপি নিতে পারবেন না। ইউনিয়ন ভূমি অফিস হতে শুধু খসরা খতিয়ান নিতে পারবেন যেটা আইনত কোন মূল্য নেই তারপরেও এই অফিসটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কারণ আপনার জমির খতিয়ান নাম্বার জানা না থাকলে এই অফিস থেকে জেনে নিতে পারবেন এছাড়া জমির খাজনা বা ভূমি উন্নয়ন কর এই অফিসে দিতে হয়।
➤উপজেলা ভূমি অফিস
যদিও উপজেলা ভূমি অফিসের মূল কাজ নামজারী বা খারিজ বা মিউটেশন করা তবে খসরা খতিয়ান তুলতে পারবেন। এই অফিস হতেও খতিয়ানের সার্টিফাইড পর্চা বা কোর্ট পর্চা তুলতে পারবেন না।
➤জেলা ডিসি অফিস
এই অফিস হতে পর্চা বা খতিয়ানের সার্টিফাইড কপি সংরক্ষণ করতে পারবেন। এই অফিসের খতিয়ান এর গুরুত্ব সর্বাধিক। সব জায়গায় এই অফিসের খতিয়ান এর গুরুত্ব রয়েছে।
➤সেটেলমেন্ট অফিস
শুধুমাত্র নতুন রেকর্ড বা জরিপের পর্চা / খতিয়ান এই অফিস হতে সংগ্রহ করা যাবে।
পাশাপাশি নতুন রেকর্ড এর ম্যাপ ও সংগ্রহ করা যায়।

সংগ্রহ করতে যা লাগবে আবেদন ফরম +  কোর্ট ফি এবং Govt fee নগদ জমা বাবদ বা ডি.সি.আর বাবদ।
➤ভূমি রেকর্ড ও জরিপ অধিদপ্তর, (তেজগাঁও সাতরাস্তার মোড়), ঢাকা।
সারা বাংলাদেশের যে কোনো মৌজা ম্যাপ সিএস, এসএ, আরএস, বিএস, জেলা ম্যাপ, বাংলাদেশ ম্যাপ উক্ত অফিস হতে তুলতে পারবেন।
